Freelance Site Engineer

Urecruit is seeking a skilled Freelance Site Engineer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting out and surveys with robotic total station, locating existing services, working around live services, completing QA check sheets and diary, and working with subcontractors.

* Project Details: The Port of Dover has appointed the client to carry out the upgrade works to the former boat yard within the Dover Western Docks. This will comprise of installing new services, drainage, and modular buildings as part of the new EES checks. There are also works to be undertaken in the Eastern Docks.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting out and surveys with robotic total station
2. Locating existing services
3. Working around live services
4. Completing QA check sheets and diary
5. Working with subcontractors

* Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and experience working on similar projects. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.

* Duration: The project is expected to run until approximately the end of December.

* Rate: The client is looking for an all-in rate and is open to CIS UM or Limited company arrangements.
