Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the £50 million project.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
