Agile Portfolio Management Specialist

AXA Health is seeking a skilled Portfolio Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of our portfolio. As part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the necessary standards, processes, policies, training, tooling, and reporting are in place to drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in delivering the portfolio in line with AXA Health project governance frameworks and Agile methodology.
- Assist the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in various activities related to Governance Boards, including writing portfolio updates and ensuring high-quality data presentation.
- Ensure management, tracking, and provision of reporting capability, aiming for meaningful reporting and data quality assurance through automated tools where possible.
- Help the Head of Delivery and Business Lead in maintaining a register of portfolio risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and ensuring compliance with AXA Health's change and governance processes.
- Previous PMO experience.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and MI development skills.
- Sound analytical and data presentation skills.
- Effective time management for end-to-end project lifecycle against tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience in Service Now preferable but not essential.
