Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Proline Care. As a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children underpinned by therapeutic parenting principles.
  • Support young people through their daily routines, accompanying them to and from activities, school, and appointments as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and clean home environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and participate in supervision, personal development plans, and mandatory training.
  • Ensure accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones, and maintain up-to-date reports and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Working towards or completed Level 4 Diploma in Children's and Young People workforce.
  • 2 years experience working with children in a residential setting.
  • Valid driver's license (if driving is required).
