Job Title: Property Solicitor

Join Orilion Ltd as a Property Solicitor and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. We are seeking a qualified and experienced solicitor to assist our Director with their caseload and provide excellent future career development opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be accountable for individual financial performance, proper recording of time, and excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Be accountable for individual financial performance and proper recording of time
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and other professionals
  • Advising clients on non-contentious residential property transactions and legal issues
  • Attending clients by phone and face-to-face, both at the office and remotely
  • Corresponding with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third-parties
  • Ensuring efficient day-to-day progress of matters, prioritizing work as necessary and keeping clients regularly informed of progress
  • Meeting targets set by the firm
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
