About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Thorn Baker Facilities Maintenance. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Area Managers and overseeing the delivery of contract cleaning services to a variety of clients across London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 15 Area Managers and oversee the delivery of contract cleaning services
  • Drive business growth and development, working closely with the management team to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage financial budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Attend training and meetings as required, and implement company policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits to monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with client contractual requirements
Requirements
  • Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts at Operations Manager level
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
  • Experience of motivating, managing and leading cleaning teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
