Job DescriptionAs a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will provide emotional support, practical assistance, and companionship to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Transport clients to appointments or social activities.
- Follow care plans and keep accurate records of the care provided.
- Support clients with technology to help them stay connected or entertained.
- Maintain a respectful and supportive atmosphere that celebrates each client's individuality.
- A competitive hourly rate: £12.70-£13.20 per hour.
- Flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
- Supportive office staff available when needed.
- A referral scheme for recommending new team members.
