Caralex Recruitment Ltd is currently partnering with a well-established housebuilder to find a permanent Sales Negotiator to work across multiple sales developments in the Milton Keynes area.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling new build homes and possess excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients.

They will also have a thorough understanding of the housebuilding process and property law, with expertise in areas including customer service, viewings, and sales completion.

The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary of £25,000-£28,000, plus an OTE up to £60,000.
