We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Adviser to join our team at NOVUS Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the H&S Manager in the development of H&S policies and effective campaigns.
  • Driving improvements across the site health and safety plan.
  • Ensuring all activities are aligned with the Group policy.
  • Completing risk assessments, working closely with key stakeholders and conducting site inspections and audits.
  • Identifying the root cause of any health and safety issues.
  • Monitoring all near misses on site working closely with the H&S Manager.
  • Auditing fire safety arrangements.
