Airport Support Professional

As an Airport Team Member, your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing menu inquiries, and ensuring prompt service delivery.
- Preparing beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes, adhering to food safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Processing transactions accurately, handling cash and credit payments, and providing receipts. Maintaining accountability for cash drawers and reconciling sales at the end of shifts.
- Maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors. Ensuring products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and hygiene standards, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly. Following sanitation protocols to ensure a safe food environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Basic maths skills are also necessary for processing transactions, handling cash, and reconciling sales. We offer a competitive salary, duty-free discounts, and regular team socials.
