Electronics Warfare Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced RF Electronic Warfare Engineer to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As an RF Electronic Warfare Engineer, you will be responsible for the physical integration and functional operation of RF Electronic Support/Attack payloads.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop RF Electronic Warfare systems, including platform integration and through-life support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system design meets requirements and specifications
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in RF and electronic systems, algorithm design, and implementation
- Work with suppliers to manage procurement, delivery, and integration of hardware into missiles
- Contribute to the development and use of RF performance models
- Oversee the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing, and design certification
- Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design, and implementation
- Experience in supplier management and system design engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of Integrated Air Defence Systems
- Proficient in SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody
- Experience in development and use of RF performance models
