Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and consultants, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to clients, advisers, and other team members, working independently and as part of a team.
- Support consultants and clients on Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits, and other products covered under our consultancy services, including communication with clients.
- Upload monthly pension contribution spreadsheets to providers, deal with client, provider, and TPR on AE re-enrolment, and undertake annual review tasks.
- Liaise with the wider corporate team and support when required, fully engaging with our Intelligent Office System.
- Assist in research, set up, and ongoing record keeping for secondary market Employee Benefits, and deal with corporate client queries raised by employers, employees, or insurers.
- Ensure own knowledge is up-to-date and notify colleagues of relevant developments, complying with the FCA rulebook and our internal procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be given more complex clients and cases, and may be responsible for monitoring other team members, identifying training requirements, and training new team members.
- Represent the department or lead project work as required, taking ownership of the implementation and embedding of new processes resulting from project work.
- Assist the Regional Corporate Services Manager with rolling out process changes, overseeing workload, resolving issues, and identifying complaints.
- Deputise for the Regional Corporate Services Manager at meetings and with managerial duties.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations is desirable.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent knowledge of IO and Excel is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.
- A team player is essential.
