Job Description
This role involves working closely with class teachers to manage pupil behaviour, providing support and guidance to students on an individual and small group basis. You will also be responsible for supporting pupils with various challenges, including progress, achievements, and personal issues. The ideal candidate will have a Psychology related degree from a Top 20 UK University and a passion for inspiring and motivating children in a school setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of child psychology and development. A strong academic background in Psychology or a related field is essential, along with experience working with children in a school environment.
