CDM Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDM Advisor to join our clients' team in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects and a comprehensive understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). The CDM Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all construction projects, providing expert advice and guidance to clients, designers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to gather information for Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
  • Prepare and update F10's on the HSE Website.
  • Contribute to a team to develop Health and Safety Plans and Policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Professional health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH Construction.
  • Proven CDM experience.
  • At least four years of experience working within health and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
  • UK Driver's License.
