Requirements:
- A recognised accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a multi-site or multi-divisional environment, ideally within a private equity-backed company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and delivering results
