Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role:

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the financial management, budgeting, and cost control for the operational services of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of accurate group management accounts, including reporting to senior management
  • Produce the monthly management accounts for the operational services functions; analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Business Partnering across the operations and central services functions, providing high-quality financial information and advice, challenging where appropriate
  • Support the month-end close process
  • Support the production of the annual budget
  • Lead and manage a small, high-performing team
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting as required

Requirements:

  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant or Finalist
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Senior Management Accountant, or Finance Manager position with extensive budget preparation, regular monitoring, and forecasting and reporting experience
  • Ability to lead and develop a small team
