Job Title: Healthcare IT Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Healthcare IT Consultant to join our team at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our Information Technology Group (ITG), you'll play a vital role in developing and managing healthcare IT systems across our hospitals, clinics, and other associated businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the implementation and support of systems and technologies deployed to consultants and medical secretaries.
  2. Recommend process changes to improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of consultant-facing equipment and technologies.
  3. Test customer-related systems for facility-specific requirements.
  4. Coordinate consultants and medical secretaries' service requests.
  5. Document interactions with consultants and supporting medical secretaries to confirm needs are met.
  6. Monitor and communicate trends and issues, providing timely responses and resolutions to provider issues identified and reported in ServiceNow.
  7. Collect, validate, and route documentation to support system access, confidentiality, information protection, and security compliance.
  8. Ensure consultants and staff have access to appropriate patient data.
  9. Contribute to division and facility strategic planning.
  10. Develop and deliver training for providers, hospital business partners, and consultant office staff on new and current applications.
  11. Partner with facility and division colleagues to enable a successful consultant experience and foster improved customer service interactions.
