Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Dentist. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to patients from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with our experienced teams, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver routine and specialist dental care to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and discussions to enhance patient care and improve clinical skills.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the operational management of the practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in dentistry, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using patient management software and other relevant tools.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a generous 20K joining bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and ongoing training opportunities.
