About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into a teaching career. You will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences for students. Your enthusiasm and dedication to helping others will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SUPPORT STUDENTS IN ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT: Work one-to-one or in small groups to help students achieve their academic goals.
  2. DELIVER SUBJECT SPECIFIC SESSIONS: Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Establish trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • BA Hons degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience.
  • PASSION FOR EDUCATION AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE, either in a professional or voluntary capacity.
  • Ambition to become a fully qualified secondary school teacher.
