Salary: £26,800 - £35,400 per annum

Bannatyne Health Club is looking for a motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative fitness programs and classes that cater to a diverse membership base.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing fitness programs and classes.
  2. Leading group fitness classes and providing one-on-one training sessions.
  3. Conducting regular staff training and professional development to maintain high standards of service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 2 Fitness qualified.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
