Job Summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT group and drive the planning and strategy framework for our company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and objectives for our IT services, selecting and developing a high-performing team, and delivering IT services to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services to our customers
  • Collaborate with our CFO and operational leaders to set the strategy and objectives for our IT services
  • Manage the delivery of IT services within the agreed budget and ensure security of data and systems
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure continuous improvement of our IT services

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience leading IT at a senior management level
  • Track record of delivering results quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in delivering IT services to customers in a GMP or highly regulated environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of agile product development and Lean Six Sigma
  • Infrastructure delivery (networking, hardware) to customers
  • Experience with data science project delivery
