Are you a skilled Registered Nurse seeking a challenging role in complex care?

This position involves taking clinical ownership of your service user case load, creating, managing, and continually reviewing their bespoke care plans, tailored to meet their individual needs.

You will work closely with the operational team to lead on the delivery of training for our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they are competent and confident in delivering every aspect of their role.

Key responsibilities include reviewing clinical paperwork, completion of MAR Charts, and building great relationships with our service users and their care teams.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in our organisation, working as part of our operational team based at our local office and within our service users' homes.

Responsibilities include Airway Management, Tracheostomy Care, and Suctioning, as well as Tube Feeding (PEG / JEJ / NG).

Awareness or knowledge of spinal injury care, acquired brain injury care, and degenerative and/or neurological conditions would be beneficial.

We offer additional training to enhance your clinical skills and provide ongoing mandatory training and development to ensure our healthcare professionals are trained to national standards.

This role offers a work-life balance with core working hours between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and a salary of up to £42,000, in line with NHS Band 6/7 role.

  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Airway Management, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning.
