About the Role:

We are seeking a Seasonal Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Penicuik area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

You will be responsible for:

  • Restocking and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Knowing and sticking to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams via our survey application.

What Makes You Excellent:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Taking pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
