As a Medical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees. This includes conducting health surveillance and fitness for role medicals, such as Audiometry and Spirometry tests. You will also be responsible for pre-employment medicals, health promotion activities, and maintaining electronic OH data.

Your skills and qualifications will include previous occupational health experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to complete overnight stays and travel across the UK. Training will be provided if required. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 15 days holiday per annum, a Group Personal Pension Plan, and a pool car for travel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Occupational Health Advisor to develop and improve operational processes. You will also be responsible for providing statistics and supporting the team in their duties.
