Clinical Nurse Manager (Deputy Manager) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Brook View care home in Liverpool. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Contribute to the development of the care home's strategic plan

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
