We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team at Glos. As a key member of the school administration, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our primary school.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will have experience in managing school finances, HR, and premises functions. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our school administration, allowing senior staff to focus on teaching and learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage school finances, including budget setting, ordering, and paying bills
  • Oversee HR and payroll processes
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records on SIMS data portal

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in working with SIMS FMS finance systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff to share this commitment. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
