Apprentice Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Finance Department at Culina Group. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's cash flow by accurately controlling incoming accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Control 4 main Sales Ledgers
- Forecasting to assist the Credit Manager with cash flow
- Conduct credit checks on potential new business using the agreed credit check form
- Monitor credit limits and credit insurance
- Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts within agreed timescales
- Raise invoices for intercompany recharges
- Contribute to month/year-end processes
- Run dunning letters on overdue debt
- Participate in individual Business Sector debt meetings
- Generate monthly account statements for business customers and Account Managers
- Resolve customer account queries
- Support the department with general administrative duties
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word
- Previous experience with an accounting package, such as SAP, preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented
