We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our welcoming team. The individuals we support enjoy a variety of activities, including swimming, trampolining, listening to music, and watching movies, making each day unique.
About the Role:- Provide personalized care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Engage in meaningful activities with residents, such as shopping, crafts, bowling, and swimming.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including showers and baths.
Work hours are between 7am and 10pm, with shifts lasting 7.5 hours.
Weekend work is essential on a rotating basis, ensuring corresponding weekdays off.
Compensation and Benefits:- Weekday rates range from £11.00 per hour to £13.50 per hour with overtime opportunities.
- Weekend rates range from £12.10 per hour to £14.60 per hour with overtime opportunities.
- Weekends-only roles are available at a higher rate.
- Sleep-ins may be required in emergencies and are compensated at £50 per night.
Preference is given to candidates with a full driving license and willingness to drive FitzRoy vehicles.
