We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Vale of Glamorgan. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to young people who are facing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to young people, helping them to achieve their goals and gain independence
  • Work collaboratively with the young person's keyworker to develop and implement support plans
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to help young people cope with challenging situations
