Student Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Washington.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students during lessons to help them overcome learning barriers.
- Assist teachers in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
