About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a Sushi Preparer. This key member of our team will play a vital role in preparing high-quality and sustainable food products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
  • Accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and a safe environment for customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Be an early riser, with shifts starting at 6am on some days.
  • Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered through ongoing training and development opportunities.
