At Aylesbury Bar Company Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with high-quality standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the bar.
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Offer a wide range of cocktails and provide recommendations.
  3. Serve food and other beverages as needed.
  4. Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bartending or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques and ingredients is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
