Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of STR's products and services to resolve client questions and concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage, methodology, and best practices.

Requirements
