Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Therapeutic Area Leader to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of our Neurology Portfolio and will report to the Portfolio Delivery Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine Neurology Portfolio Strategy
  • Maintain active oversight of asset and study delivery
  • Leverage analytics and optimization expertise to enhance efficiency, quality, and budget management
Requirements:
  • 15+ years pharmaceutical clinical Operations experience with at least 10 years being in global clinical operations Strategy Leadership
  • Strong knowledge in the area of Neurological diseases including external trends and issues in the global Neurology landscape, and development and delivery
  • Proven success in strategy development and execution using analytics, data-driven decision-making, and a track record of expanding access to underserved populations while meeting or exceeding ambitious goals
