We are recruiting a skilled Manufacturing Lead to join our client's team in the Almondsbury/Patchway area, near Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a new team of Production Workers and implement robust systems to achieve world-class manufacturing and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience from a similar industry.

  • The role comes with a competitive salary of around £50,000 per year, plus up to 10% bonus and a company-matched pension contribution up to 10%.
  • You will work a 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off day shift schedule from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, after completing an initial training period.
