We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our service at Mulhern Close, Omagh. This is a permanent, full-time (39hrs) or part-time (26hrs) position, with a salary of £23,322.00 per annum (based on 39hrs per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to individuals with mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, autism, and addictions.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
