This role is an exciting opportunity for a strong graduate with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. As a researcher, you will analyze the impact of technology and sustainability trends on buildings, real estate portfolios and workplaces, and contribute to consulting projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with a performance-driven quarterly bonus scheme. Our pension plan has an enhanced employer contribution, and we provide generous holiday entitlement, a quarterly employee recognition scheme, hybrid working options and private medical insurance.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our international research team to conduct research projects based on established methodologies, build quantitative models to size and forecast technology markets, and efficiently write high-quality research documents in English.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, or relevant degrees or background in fields such as manufacturing and quality management, business administration, economics or mechanical engineering
  • Quantitative skills and knowledge of Excel to manipulate large data sets and apply basic mathematical concepts
  • Perfect written English and fluent spoken English
  • Proven ability to present to workshops composed of senior managers and industry conferences
