Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and advising on employment law issues and duties within Lidl's regional offices. This will include creating employee documents, designing and conducting training programs for executives, and providing guidance on employment tribunal representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and regularly update employee documents used internally and externally, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver Employment Law Training for Executives, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex employment legislation.
  • Act as an adviser for employment tribunal representation, providing expert guidance and support to ensure effective resolution.
  • Support employees across the region with employment-related queries and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with external experts to stay up-to-date on the latest employment law developments and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A legal qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 7) or equivalent experience in employee relations.
  • Proven expertise in employment law, including knowledge of labor law and ACAS codes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
