Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a profitable and well-organized office, providing an exceptional customer experience and exceeding performance and targets set.
- Lead and motivate your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to flourish in their careers.
- Optimize every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving license.
