We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our successful Residential Property Department as a senior member of the team. The successful candidate will be client-facing and will assist the Head of Department in the management of the team, acting as their deputy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and Transfers of Equity.
  • Providing excellent client care skills and taking a flexible approach to meeting clients' expectations.
  • Assisting the Head of Department in the management of the team and supervising more junior members.
  • Working alongside the Head of Department to assist in management of the Department and participating in departmental projects to aid risk mitigation and increase efficiencies.
Requirements
  • 6 years + PQE in Residential Property Law.
  • Excellent client care skills and a flexible approach to meeting clients' expectations.
  • Proven knowledge of trust matters and their impact on residential property transactions.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a commercially aware and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to engage others and build strong relationships.
