About the Position

Moving into the role of Junior Quality Control Engineer, you will play a vital part in driving the company's mission forward. Ensuring the high-quality production of goods is your primary responsibility, encompassing the implementation of robust quality control systems and meticulous inspection protocols.

Your duties as a Junior Quality Control Engineer will involve establishing quality standards collaboratively with the manufacturing team. Effective collaboration and clear communication are crucial to your success in this position. As you become immersed in the day-to-day operations, you will work closely with colleagues across various departments to guarantee seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspection & Follow-up: Regularly inspect products to ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct follow-up checks to verify the effectiveness of implemented measures.
  2. Quality Control Systems: Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems tailored to the company's unique requirements.
  3. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the manufacturing team to set quality standards, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate their impact on product quality.

Your findings and recommendations will be documented in regular quality reports presented to the management team. To excel in this role, it's essential to have a solid foundation in data analysis and statistical methods.

What We Offer

The annual salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you can expect a flexible schedule with standard working hours from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 12:50 PM).
