Job Title: Flexographic Plate Production Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Plate Production Specialist to join our Production team at Rivendell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily production of flexographic plates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer print schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workloads and prioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines.
• Produce high-quality flexographic plates to the highest standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless progression of client requests.
• Establish key working relationships with colleagues and clients to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understand the basics of flexographic plate making/pre-press and flexographic printing.
