Support Services Coordinator

We are currently looking for a dedicated Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Ability Housing Association. In this role, you will provide specialist support to adults with learning disabilities, downs syndrome, challenging behaviour, and autism in a residential supported living setting in Dorking, Surrey.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Vacancy Details:
- Full-time vacancy available (40 hours per week)
- Permanent position with opportunities for professional growth
- Rota system including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
About the Role:
As a Support Services Coordinator, your role will involve providing support to individuals with varying needs, including personal care and daily living tasks. You will work under your own initiative but also as part of a team, making this a dynamic and varied job.
Our training packages will support your development as a Support Services Coordinator, whether you are new to the role or an existing support worker.
