**Job Title:** Key Worker Professional

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled Key Worker Professional to join our team at Staffordshire County Council. As a Key Worker Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the district SEND Team Quality Assurance plan for Education Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
  2. Act as a keyworker for adults and children with special educational needs & disabilities, coordinate and call on the support of qualified Social Work, Educational Psychology, and Health professionals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
