As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a passionate and dedicated team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We're seeking a Barista Maestro who is passionate about coffee, people, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, training and accrediting new Baristas, and driving high standards every time. You'll also be involved in day-to-day operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, and store marketing.
