Key Production Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The development and promotion of company plans and their focused implementation to achieve defined objectives.
  2. People management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance review to ensure delivery of objectives through team working.
  3. Rigorous application of the company manufacturing system to deliver continuous improvement across all areas of manufacturing.
  4. Implementation of and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in health & safety, environmental and quality.
  5. The collection, assimilation and analysis of production and process data and its effective use to develop and achieve key targets and objectives.
  6. The development of systems and standards to deliver world-class standards of housekeeping using the 5S principles.
  7. Procurement of production materials, goods and services within defined areas of the production environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  1. A proven track record in a continuous manufacturing environment at the level advertised or above.
  2. Demonstrable organisational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures.
  3. Leadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve the team.
