We're seeking a talented Sales Floor Ambassador to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a key member of our retail family, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.
As a Sales Floor Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You'll be expected to provide top-notch service to customers, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current promotions and inventory levels
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
