Job Description

We're seeking a talented Junior Planner to join our team as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. As a Junior Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the Planner in all aspects of planning and trading the department, including range building and option planning, detailed analysis of current and past performance, and providing regular and ad-hoc analysis to the business.

You will work closely with the Buyer and your team to deliver both sales and profit growth, and will be responsible for managing department OTB, in-season trading, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing strategic direction. You will also be expected to have excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Merchandising systems.
