Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer orders and resolve any issues or queries in a timely manner.
  2. Support demand planning, reporting, system development, auditing processes, customs, and logistics projects.
  3. Process sales orders daily and release stock and control aged back orders to support inventory management.
  4. Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and vendors to resolve delivery and stock issues.
  5. Work with other team members to reallocate and share stock among customers to maximize stock usage.
  6. Filing of necessary shipping documentation, including POs, Bill of Lading, Waybills, invoices, credit memos, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
