About the Role:

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a talented Junior Demand Planner to join our team. As a key member of the Demand Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term demand plans and ensuring alignment with our sales and operating planning processes.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Junior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing long-term forecasts, working closely with sales teams, Brand and Trade Marketing, and business plans to assess performance, track opportunities, and provide visibility on product demand. You will also be involved in shaping forecasts from 3 months to 3 years out, participating in monthly reviews, and aligning demand and supply processes to meet budget goals and support the broader supply chain strategy.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong forecasting experience and proficiency in technical systems, particularly SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and accuracy in demand planning
  • Experience in an FMCG or retail environment is advantageous
